Movement in food photography. My favorite type of product photography. Definitely. A moment, a second, action. People viewing the photo can feel as if they were present next to it during the creation of the shot. They see the moment, they see the action. It's like a backstage they’re part of.

These photos are challenging and not always predictable because you can’t be sure if the honey will curl into a beautiful swirl, if the sugar sifted through the strainer will achieve that lightness, or if the flour will add its magic. There’s no boredom in these photos, just action... It draws the eye. It’s like watching a frozen film, one frame, so many sensations. Enjoy your meal!
