Capturing Summer’s Yellow Power

IIt’s a work that reflects the atmosphere where the essence of the summer sun is captured. We had planned to shoot it outdoors, surrounded by greenery, but unfortunately, according to the schedule, rain was expected. So, only indoor photography was possible.

The lighting was focused on creating sunlit table scenes without using diffusers. For the first time, I brought out a strobe with high output and tried to use it, but the light didn’t turn on — and I cried for two whole days. Eventually, I managed to complete the setup and began making the cakes. This time, the pineapple flowers didn’t bloom in a cute way… After many rounds of trial and error, I finally completed the shoot.
Maybe I should have adjusted the tones to a warmer color.

Aso, to be honest, summer fruits have not yet been circulated in Japan. “I would like to incorporate watermelon, melon, peach, etc., but my wish didn’t come true either, so I chose pineapple as an energetic fruit with a lot of vitamins.” Eat this and be full of energy, and make the hot summer a powerful activity!

Please have an energetic summer!!
